The Martis Peak Homeowners Associations was formed to maintain certain sections of roads within Juniper Heights, Juniper Creek Ranch, Rolling Acres, Klondike Estates and Tahoe Creek Ranch. The Association also currently maintains one vehicular gate at the Glenshire entrance to the subdivision. Members of the Board of Directors are Michelle Jones, Paul Curtis, Donna Finn, Tom Kulczycki, and Al Hall. Paul Curtis and Donna Finn were reelected at the Annual Meeting on August 19th.
