The Martis Peak Homeowners Associations was formed to maintain certain sections of roads within Juniper Heights, Juniper Creek Ranch, Rolling Acres, Klondike Estates and Tahoe Creek Ranch. The Association also currently maintains one vehicular gate at the Glenshire entrance to the subdivision.

Members of the Board of Directors are Michelle Jones, Al Hall, Craig Wilson, Duke Lambert and Neil Blumenfield.
