GATE STATUS: Normally held open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM and 4:30PM - 7:30PM The Meadows is a gated subdivision located in Truckee California. There are 49 lots, each with a minimum area of 5 acres. Presently, the three members that comprise the Board of Directors are Daphne Palmer, Ken Weakley and Buster Porter. The Meadows Association also has an active Architectural Control Committee (ACC) with strictly enforced Architectural Design Guidelines. Currently, homeowners dues are $968 per year, invoiced on November 1st and considered delinquent on December 1st. Delinquent accounts are charged a 5% late fee and 9% annual finance charge. |
