Ponderosa Meadows, one of Truckee's newest subdivisions, is located on Brockway Road, adjacent to the Ponderosa Golf Course.

Ponderosa Meadows is an an intimate community of 19 beautiful homes with landscaping and playground equipment for the children.

The 3-member volunteer Board of Directors consists of Colin Teubner, Jane Dunlap and Daphne Haugh.

The monthly assessments are currently $120.
