The Tahoe-Sierra Meadows Community Association is the official name for the Homeowners Association in the Sierra Meadows subdivision. Sierra Meadows is located off Old Brockway Road (formerly Highway 267) about one mile south of downtown Truckee and has 528 members. tennis court;
a beautiful park with playground equipment and a sand volleyball court:
400 square foot clubhouse; barbeques; restrooms and showers. Property-use restrictions do apply in Sierra Meadows and are enforced by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and/or the Board of Directors. The ACC Guidelines and the Fine Schedule have been revised recently. Please clink on the link below to view our governing documents. The Tahoe-Sierra Meadows Community Association is managed by Rick and Pam Gardner of Sierra Mountain Management. Policy is set by a five member, volunteer Board of Directors. Currently, we have 4 Directors. They are: Steve Funk, President; Brook Russon, Acting President; Joe Suter Jr., Secretary and Tal Fletcher, Treasurer. We have one vacancy on the Board. Anyone wishing to volunteer should call 587-8647 for more information. Annual assessments are only $195.00. |
