The Association governing the Timbers at Palisades is officially named the Palisades-Truckee Townhomes Association, Inc. The Timbers is located on Palisades Drive in Truckee California. It consists of 34 townhomes clustered in 8 buildings with 4 units each and 1 building with 2 units. Phase 1 consists of 20 units and phase 2, which is expected to be annexed into the Association in July, 2010, consists of 14 units.
